Twitter удовлетворяет запросы госорганов.

Twitter начал опубликовывать свой отчет о прозрачности (Transparency Report), в коем сообщается о статистике запросов фирм и государственных организаций на раскрытие персональной информации людей и удаление противоправного контента. Соцсеть придерживается принципа сообщать собственным пользователям о случаях, когда вынуждена будет передать какую-или личную информацию властям, чтоб у владельцев аккаунтов была возможность удалить ее. В т.ч., речь ведется о случаях, когда власти требуют информацию о пользователе, публикующем данные о знаменитостях или рядовых людях, на обсуждение которых в СМИ наложен судебный запрет.



Из I-го отчета, как передает РИА "Вести", нужно, что около 80 процентов запросов на раскрытие информации о пользователях администрация сервиса микроблогов заполучила в первом полугодии 2012 г. от полиции и судебных органов США: 679 запросов из 849. Обычно, запрашиваемая информация была необходима госорганам в рамках уголовных расследований, подчеркивает Twitter. На II-м месте по числу официальных запросов от полиции и иных госструктур оказалась Япония с 98 запросами, по 11 просьб поступило из Англии и Канады. Сервис микроблогов за последние несколько лет сыграл важную роль в организации общественных протестов в различных странах мира, и часть запросов на раскрытие информации касается участников таких протестов. В целом, Twitter удовлетворил в первом полугодии 63 процента государственных запросов на раскрытие данных, что повлияло практически на 1,2 тыс. пользовательских аккаунтов. Руководство сервиса подчеркивает, что количество запросов от госорганов за отчетный период превысило подобный показатель за весь 2011 г.. За последние полгода сервис заполучил 6 требований от госорганов на удаление контента, который нарушал законы стран или постановления суда. Twitter к тому же заполучил порядка 3,4 тыс. сообщений о нарушении копирайта пользователями ресурса, и в 38 процентов случаев руководство сервиса взяло соответствующие меры. За отчетный период по таким претензиям с ресурса были удалены около 5,3 тыс. твитов и практически 600 медиааккаунтов. В то же время в январе текущего г. руководство Twitter заявило, что теперь сумеет скрывать определенный контент ресурса - твиты или целые аккаунты - для людей в отдельных странах мира по требованию властей таких стран. Решение вызвало резкую критику людей и экспертов рынка, обвиняющих сервис в цензуре.

Half a year service has received six requirements for the last from state bodies on removal of a content which broke laws of the countries or the court decision. Twitter also has received an order of 3,4 thousand messages on infringement of a copyright by users of a site, and in 38 % of cases the service management has taken corresponding measures. At the same time in January of current year management Twitter has declared that henceforth can hide a certain content of a site - твиты or the whole accounts - for users in the separate countries of the world on request of the authorities of these countries. The decision has caused the sharp criticism of users and the experts of the market accusing service in censorship.
