Социальная сеть Google+ запускает приложение для планшетного компьютера Ipad, которое было в первый раз анонсировано на конференции для девелоперов Google I/O в итоге июня - одновременно с новой версией мобильного приложения соцсети для планшетников на базе Android. По заверениям девелоперов, интерфейс приложения Google+ для Ipad стал интуитивнее и адаптирован под особенности устройства. В приложении, как передает РИА "Вести" со ссылкой на корпоративный блог Google, предусмотрены несколько функций для работы с сенсорного экрана - например, возможность при помощи касаний 2-х пальцев "перетащить" интересную запись из ленты вестей и поделиться ею с собственными подписчиками. Пользователь может начать видеовстречу (Hangout) с Ipad и транслировать ее на телеэкран с помощью технологии Airplay.



Наряду с адаптацией к планшету Ipad, в новой версии IOS-приложения Google+ 3.0 доступны ряд обновлений для смартфона Apple Iphone. Пользователи обоих устройств на платформе IOS смогут сейчас делать и редактировать "События" (Google Events), добавляя комментарии и фото, и просматривая перечень участников. Как Ipad, так и Iphone поддерживают возможность проведения видеовстречи на Google+. К видеочату возможно привлекать до девяти человек.
