Китайская компания, не слишком давно выпустившая смартфон "по мотивам" еще не вышедшего Iphone 5, объявила о намерении подать в суд, если новый смартфон Apple будет похож на ее GOOPHONE. В компании будут добиваться запрета продажи Iphone 5 на территории Китая, а это сегодня наиболее большой рынок сбыта коммуникаторов. Основным аргументом GOOPHONE является то, что ее коммуникатор был выпущен ранее, чем Iphone нового поколения, сообщают Вести.Ru. GOOPHONE представляет собою устройство, созданное на основе изображений Iphone нового поколения, которые "утекли" в ходе разработки.



С первого взгляда его возможно просто спутать с продуктом Apple: он имеет схожий дизайн и "традиционную" диагональ дисплея - 3,5 дюйма.
