Предыдущий рекорд Dungeon&Fighter поставил в июне предыдущего г., когда в игре одновременно сидели 2,6 млн. игроков. Новое достижение, по заверениям представителей выпустившей игру американской компании Nexon, стало вероятно благодаря большому обновлению игры, выпущенному в июне этого г..



Для сравнения, китайская версия Wow в 2008 г. одновременно приняла миллион геймеров. В остальном мире по этим параметрам лидируют подобные игры, как League of Legends (1,3 миллиона) и Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, собравшая как-то раз в Xbox Live 1,4 миллиона геймеров. Dungeon&Fighter (полное имя Dungeon Fighter Live: Fall of Hendon Myre) - это ММО в стиле классических аркадных игр типа Streets of Rage, выполненное в 2,5d-графике. В процессе игры участники исследуют подземелья с монстрами и сражаются с ними и с другими игроками. На выбор предоставляется 5 разных классов персов: Убийца, Солдат, Стрелок, Маг и Жрец.
